Some updated photos...

Couldn't get many, because I didn't realize it, but my camera was VERY low on batteries when I got to moms, but I got some photos :) It's charging now, and moms laid off for a month, so she'll have plenty of time with the puppies! They're playing pretty good and teething like mad right now. Hopefully I'll get more photos this weekend :)

Buggy kitty
Bugaboo again
Baby llama!

What'r yoooouu lookin' at?

Sheepies in the quonset
Baby Noodle...still just a little sprite.
Our two resident poop machines...The male is an Embden X (probably toulouse), and the female is a Canada X Embden. I doubt the female is fertile, but she only cost $1 and is pretty to look at lol. The male was free cuz he was the last a friend of ours had out of a flock of about 50 that got wiped out by mink and fox. They're pretty to look at and they'll help keep the grass down in the spring and summer. They live outside the barn so they can't accumulate so much poop inside! lol. They love it and sleep either next to the swans or in a dog house in the barnyard when it's really cold :)
Sleepy Neener.

One of my girls peeking out of my shirt. This photo was taken a few weeks ago...they're growing every day!And finally, I just LOVE this boy, but I think his horns are going fatal. His mom is Minwawe Magnolia, and I just love his cute fuzzeriffice face! He's got crimp coming in and he's modified...and his fleece is UBER soft. And he's starting to get tame...so might wether him anyway and sneak him in the flock...'Sure mom, SHE'S just got horns.....' lol

Woot! (not sheep related, but funny lol)

As an avid gamer (World of Warcraft is my drink of choice) it is my exciting privilege to present to you words from my world...lol. This is from the National Post. (I actually say "meh" in real life too *hangs head in shame* lol)

http://network.nationalpost.com/np/blogs/theampersand/archive/2008/11/17/quot-meh-quot-is-the-new-quot-whatever-quot-will-quot-teh-quot-be-the-new-quot-the-quot.aspx

"Meh" is the new "whatever"; will "teh" be the new "the"?
Posted: November 17, 2008, 2:38 PM by Vanessa Farquharson

The word "meh" has officially entered the dictionary. As this Associated Press story points out, the "expression of indifference or boredom" was chosen amongst various terms submitted by lexicographers to be included in the Collins English Dictionary next year.

Its origins are somewhat unclear, but one of its first known uses was in a 2001 episode of The Simpsons in which Homer suggests a day trip to Bart and Lisa, whereupon they simply shrug and say "Meh" in unison before going back to watching TV.

Prime Minister Stephen Harper might be disappointed to learn that one of the examples of the word in a sentence provided by the dictionary is: "The Canadian election was so meh."

Part of the reason the word "meh" gained so much traction has to do with its proliferation in the blogosphere and online chat rooms. But there are plenty of other words-that-aren't-really-words being used on the internet these days — does this mean w00t is next on the list?

What about acronyms like "btw" or "brb"? Or, there's always the purposely misspelled words, such as "teh," a variation of "the," which is seen frequently on sites like Cute Overload and has the impressive ability to become a gerund, as in: "This is teh suck".

And of course, thanks to Perez Hilton, we also have the expression, "Loves it" instead of "Love it."

Finally, there's the intentionally superfluous use of the letter Y to convey a sing-songy form of excitement, as in: "Heyyy! Can't wait to partyyyy!"

Perhaps the folks over at Collins, Oxford and Merriam-Webster should bookmark Wikipedia's internet slang page for future reference — after all, the open-source online encyclopedia is teh best resource for predicting linguistic trends. We loves it.

More news, but no photos yet!

Well, mom only likes to have one litter a year of pups, it's better for the bitch, but accidents do happen...and one did! Well...6 did actually lol. Bella had a litter of 6 (3 tri, 3 blenheim) King Charles Cavalier Spaniel pups this morning. Hopefully will have photos of them soon, along with the cria. :)

Newest Addition!

Addie gave us a new cria, so if anyone is needing a new livestock guardian...hopefully he'll be good to go in 6 months. A little boy, mom says he's cute as a button. I've been battling a sinus infection, so haven't been out to see him yet, but hopefully will sometime this week. Pictures to follow :)

Okay, so it was yesterday, but this was just too cute not to post :) Congrats to everyone who was voting for Obama, and for those who didn't, well I hope he lives up to our expectations and proves you should have voted for him in the first place :) Cheers!

Utter cuteness...

They no longer want the pocket....they want the entire shirt and jacket! lol. I had babies in my sleeve...inside my shirt...in my BRA! lol. The girls were being naughty today lol. Runtley finally opened his eyes. My little fuzzy face girl (the solid siamese) is just a honey...the piebald girl is sweet, but on the go go go! That's the piebald hanging out of my shirt on the bottom, and the solid girl with her tail out in the top pic. :)

It's fall :(

This is the tree in our barnyard...no leaves! :(

And, after a month getting bred back, Banshee and her filly are back home. The filly is a real LOOKER. She's absolutely stunning. She's probably gonna get taller than momma, and momma is big for a mare. She's likely going to be dun, just like dad. Probably eligible for the Paint Association, but I'd have to look at the markings. We are going to be offering the pair for sale, as well as the father of this filly (not ours, but listing for a friend) who is out of one of the best roping QH's in the US ever. Banshee is 23, but has her teeth, eats hay and grass like a trooper, has never needed extra feed. Super easy keeper. My mom is an ABSOLUTE amature at hoof trimming, and Banshee stands without a problem for her. I can go out and mess with her feet, lean on her, everything. One mother/daughter pair came out to look at her, 13 year old girl went right up on her back and Banshee didn't bat an eye. I have her pedigree if anyone's interested :) She really is a good horse, but neither my mom nor I have time for riding yet, and she's a sound rider yet. I've had horse people come out and guess her age no more than the mid-teens...She's in awesome condition.

And gorgeous to boot! :)

Precious girls

Some pretty photos of Izzy and Anisa :) Izzy usually isn't very photogenic but I think these photos do her some justice :)

The two colored boys are SUPER active today. SUPER cute too :)
